Starting July 1, you can buy a ticket for your child to enter to win a ride to school in one of McCandless’s vehicles!
Options include a Department of Public Works truck, McCandless Police cruiser, Peebles, Ingomar or Highland fire truck, or an MFPAA ambulance.
Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5, cash only, sold at Town Hall during regular business hours. This raffle will run all summer – the last day to buy will be at Community Day! The winners will be drawn on Tuesday, September 16th and rides will be coordinated for some time in October.
Sales benefit McCandless 175 celebrations in 2026. Winners must be McCandless residents.
